Here you will quickly find answers to frequently asked questions.

Are all the promotional gifts offered by Kinkston visible on the website?
Our product range is constantly updated to provide the most modern and relevant selection of promotional gifts. Not all products are always displayed on the website, which features a curated selection aimed at meeting most needs.
If you can’t find the product you’re looking for online, feel free to contact our project managers. They will help you find the perfect solution tailored to your company and goals.
What determines the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for promotional gifts and branded products depends on several factors, including the product type, printing or marking technology, delivery distance, the complexity of the logo or advertising message (colors and details), and any specific customer requirements.
Some products, like engraving small quantities of metal or wooden items in stock, are easier to produce, while others may require larger minimum quantities.
What are the options for custom solutions?
Custom solutions are projects where products are created specifically for the client. This can mean designing an entirely new product in the shape you want, or personalizing an existing product with a design tailored to your brand and preferences.
We handle every step, from concept to finished product, to ensure a unique and high-quality result.
Where and how can samples be viewed?
Is it possible to get a sample for a custom solution as well?
Depending on the product and project, we can arrange for the factory to provide either a photo or a physical sample of the finished product.
Please note that preparing a physical sample may extend the project timeline slightly, but it ensures that the final product fully meets your expectations.
Who creates the design for promotional gifts?
The design of promotional gifts is created by Kinkston’s professional designer. This ensures that every design takes into account the specifics of the product, including the print area size and placement, the material of the item, and the chosen printing technology, resulting in a high-quality and visually appealing finish.
In what format should the files/logo be submitted?
To apply a logo or design to promotional products, files should be submitted in vector format to ensure the highest printing quality.
-
Vector file types: .pdf, .cdr, .ai, .eps
-
Text for printing should also be provided as a vector file or the font name specified.
-
For precise colors, please use Pantone (PMS) color charts and codes.
If you are unsure which format is best, our project managers can help you prepare the files for optimal results.
What are Pantone, CMYK, and RGB?
Pantone (PMS) is a standardized color system used in the printing industry, offering over 1,300 color shades. These spot colors are precisely defined by LAB values and created by mixing 15 base colors. Pantone allows printing of shades that cannot be reproduced accurately using CMYK.
CMYK is a four-color printing model consisting of Cyan (blue), Magenta (red), Yellow, and Key (black). Each color’s percentage determines the final shade for printing. CMYK is used for process printing on physical products.
RGB is an additive color model used on screens (computers, phones, TVs). Colors are formed by combining Red, Green, and Blue light. RGB has a wider color gamut than CMYK, which means some colors visible on screens cannot be reproduced exactly in print.
For accurate and consistent logo colors on promotional products, Pantone (PMS) colors are recommended.
How is the price of a promotional gift determined?
The price of promotional gifts, corporate gifts, and the printing, engraving, or embroidery of logos or messages depends on several factors, including:
-
Product quantity
-
Design complexity
-
Printing or marking technology
-
Print area size
-
Product material
Rush orders can also be accommodated, but may incur higher costs due to shorter production and delivery times.
Each order is unique, and our project managers can provide a personalized quote based on your specific requirements.
